Upasana Singh Sues Harnaaz Sandhu For Alleged Contract Breach Of Debut Punjabi Film ‘Bai Ji Kuttange’
Seeing actors reach great heights of stardom often makes me wonder doesn’t all this fanfare get to their heads at times? And when we hear stories of actors throwing tantrums on sets, misbehaving or breaching contracts gives me the answer to my question. Speaking of breached contracts, Miss Universe 2021, Harnaaz Sandhu, has already seemed to have done that even before making her acting debut in the industry. Upasana Singh has also sued her for not holding up to her end of the deal and allegedly breaching the contract she signed by not giving dates for the promotional events of her debut film with her.

As per reports, Upasana has sued Harnaaz in the local court as the latter has breached the contract by not being available for the promotions of her debut Punjabi language film Bai Ji Kuttange. Singh has said that she took Harnaaz onboard the cast of the film even before she was crowned Miss Universe. Filing a case in the Chandigarh district court against Harnaaz Sandhu, Upasana has claimed that she is not providing dates for the promotions of the film which was a part of the contract she signed.

As per the contract, Harnaaz had to be a part of the virtual and in-person promotional events of Bai Ji Kuttange. Upasana also spoke to the reporters outside the court that she gave Harnaaz a chance to act in this film. She went o to add that apart from her debut film, she also made the lead in another film titled Yaara Diyan Poo Baran. Upasana Singh further said that Bai Ji Kuttange is not a small-budget film and she has spent a huge sum of money to make it.

Bai Ji Kutaange is set to release in theatres on August 19 and Upasana also plays a prominent role in it apart from bankrolling the film.
