You know, when I first realised that I am a feminist, I thought everyone who exists on this planet supported it because it’s all about women’s rights and gender equality. However, I was totally wrong and I am not able to understand why some people are not choosing to be a feminist, they literally have one job. But there are some people, especially men who are trying to be better allies of gender equality and we are here for it. And when actress Shruti Haasan appeared in the first episode of Hauterrfly’s The Male Feminist, she explained how men can be better allies to women. We are all ears here, TBH!

In a fun and interesting conversation with Siddhaarth Aalambayan aka The Male Feminist, actress Shruti Haasan talked about feminism. When asked about what can men do to be better allies, Shruti Haasan said that as humans we all have room for improvement and the more we study our friends, enemies, or lovers, we will sort ourselves out. The Bestseller actress added that as human beings if we tried to understand each others’ point of view or engage in a conversation, it will be healing and she really want this to happen. After all, we can win this fight only when we are united, right?
