Tamannaah Bhatia shared an official statement on some allegations and claims doing rounds. The actor has dismissed her involvement or being summoned in any kind of cryptocurrency fraud case. Tamannaah slammed these claims as false and baseless. She also clarified to the people in media from refraining to write such ‘misleading’ articles. Tamannaah Bhatia also informed everyone that her team is looking into the matter and will be taking the required action as per the situation. The actor also requested the media not to spread or encourage the false news about her. She addressed this in an interview with Hindustan Times.
What Was The Fake News?
As per a media report, Tamannaah Bhatia and Kajal Aggarwal were allegedly summoned by the Puducherry Police for questioning in a case linked to an alleged cryptocurrency scheme. It was reportedly in connection with Rs. 2.4 crore cryptocurrency fraud case. As per the media report, the complaint about this alleged cryptocurrency fraud was filed by a Puducherry resident, Ashokan, in which the man claimed that he, along with his 10 friends, was cheated into investing Rs. 2.4 crore in a cryptocurrency scheme.
