What Did Taapsee Pannu Say About Kangana Ranaut?
Recently, both Taapsee Pannu and Kangana Ranaut grabbed all the attention after their statements about each other went viral. During Taapsee’s conversation with India Today, she revealed that she had not met Kangana Ranaut, and she didn’t even meet her when their so-called feud started. She added that her opinion on Kangana was reflective of her own upbringing and her way of talking and perceiving things, adding that the politician stands by hers. Taapsee further stated that that was enough for everybody to look and decide who comes from where.
Kangana Ranaut reportedly reacted to this by sharing a story on Instagram. She penned that it was “unfortunate and wrong but she is not the only one many people,” who grew up in shady cramped up outskirts of cities in dingy rented apartments with questionable backgrounds and incomes, often questioning her upbringing and maligning her parents and background. The actress added that her parents hail from a renowned “Rajput zamindar family” and were educated and distinguished. She revealed that it was her personal choice to start from scratch. The politician asked why her parents were being attacked for that. For the unversed, a few years ago, Kangana’s sister Rangoli called Taapsee a “sasti copy” of the actor. Later, Kangana reportedly called Taapsee a B-grade actor and a needy outsider while debating about nepotism and politics in the entertainment industry.
