As per multiple media reports, Oliver Tree, whose full name was Oliver Tree Nickell passed away in a helicopter crash at the age of 32. He was a singer, songwriter, rapper, record producer, comedian, and filmmaker. He was reportedly one of the six people who were tragically killed when two helicopters collided on Sunday. This happened in the southwest of Rio de Janeiro. As of now, the authorities haven’t released details about the incident that happened. After the news about Oliver Tree’s passing hit the internet, people couldn’t help but express shock. His celebrity friends, including Whitney Cumming and Bebe Rexha, also expressed their shock at the tragedy. It’s worth noting that Oliver was in the middle of the headlining world tour, which reportedly kicked off on May 30 in Mexico City.

Oliver Tree was born in 1993 in Santa Cruz, California. He initially entered the music industry under the name of Tree. It was in 2013 when he put out the first EP ‘Demons’. In 2016, he garnered major recognition after being featured in Whethan’s ‘When I’m Down.’ The late singer then signed a deal with Atlantic Records and released ‘Welcome To LA’ under the name Oliver Tree. The musician’s fan base widened after the arrival of TikTok, where he gained millions of followers. He soon became known for tracks inside ‘Miss You’, ‘Alien Boy,’ and ‘Life Goes On.’
