The singer has recently announced her separation from her husband, Gautam Hathiramani. Singer Kanika Kapoor took to her social media handle to share a note with her fans and family. In the note, the singer wrote that after much consideration, she and her husband had decided to part ways. She cordially wished him the best for his future and also cherished the time they shared. Kanika Kapoor further requested privacy and kindness in these times.
For the unversed, Kanika Kapoor and Gautam Hathiramani got married in 2022, on May 20. The wedding took place in London, and it was the singer’s second marriage. She was earlier married to Raj Chandok. The two had tied the knot in 1999, but later got divorced in 2012. Kanika Kapoor and Raj Chandok are also parents to three kids.
On the work front, Kanika Kapoor made her music debut in 2012 with an album ‘Jugni Ji’. ‘Baby Doll’ from Ragini MMS 2, featuring Sunny Leone, became the pathbreaking song in her Bollywood career. She later went on to give many hits like ‘Chittiyaan Kallaiyaan’, ‘Kamlee’, and ‘Tukur Tukur’ among others.
