Romantic love songs, stunning locations, lovey-dovey moments and then heartbreaks, are some common elements of a romantic film, right? And we have another one coming our, led by the Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 pair Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani, Satyaprem Ki Katha. The film is directed by Samar Vidwans and the much-awaited teaser was released on May 18. The film has been produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and here’s what we think of it!

Satyaprem Ki Katha’s teaser gives you a glimpse of the love between the lead characters played by Kiara Advani and Kartik Aaryan. Also, this movie will supposedly be a musical romance drama, so expect some soothing romantic love songs too. The teaser also gives you glimpses of some beautiful locations where the film has been shot, and in the end, leaves you wondering about the turn of events that will leave the lead characters heartbroken and shattered. In the background, Kartik Aaryan’s voiceover takes us through the strong love story between the on-screen and the dedication with which the man loves the woman. So much so that, “Aansoo uske ho, par aankhein ho hamari.”

Well, tbh, we have seen many romantic films that give the same vibe as this one. So will it be wrong to make a preconceived notion that Satyaprem Ki Katha will offer another generic love story? However, the lead pair has proved to create magic with their on-screen presence in their last film together, so a passionate love story from them sounds promising, and we cannot deny it. The songs also sound kaafi sweet and we can definitely expect some favourite tracks coming our way with this new Sameer Vidwans film.
