When it comes to beauty, we all have standards that sometimes even the best actors cannot match up to. However, there is one actor that can sway anyone’s heart just by his looks. Yep, I’m talking about the heartthrob of India, Hrithik Roshan. Until recently, I hadn’t met or heard of a single soul that did not find the Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara actor good-looking or hot or extremely sexy or… okay, I will stop now. But then I came across an old interview with Samantha Ruth Prabhu and things changed. An old interview of hers has resurfaced wherein she talks about how she is not a fan of Hrithik Roshan’s looks. Ouch, Samantha Ruth Prabhu, that hurt.
Samantha Prabhu, who has been ruling the film industry for almost 12 years now, said in one of her initial interviews that resurfaced recently – that she did not like the looks of Hrithik Roshan. Needless to say, her comment left a lot of his fans heartbroken.

The Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal actress made her debut in 2010 with a romantic Telugu movie starring her ex-husband Naga Chaitanya – Ye Maaya Chesave. She had even won several awards that year for her performance. It was at that time, during an interview, the then 23-year-old Samantha Ruth Prabhu was seen controlling her laugh and said, “Everybody will kill me but I don’t like Hrithik’s looks too much.” Needless to say, her comment on Hrithik Roshan did not sit well with a certain section of Reddit and they slammed her in the comment section.

It is a well-known fact that Hrithik Roshan is often referred to as ‘Greek God’ by his fans and media and so, her comment on him was sure to leave fans offended. Having said that and being someone who quite likes his looks, I do believe that everyone has a type and maybe the light-eyed actor isn’t Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s type.
