Swara Bhasker, who is currently on the reality show titled Rise and Fall Season 2, turned all the heads after recalling a scary incident with a director. She revealed that while filming a movie, the director allegedly asked her to rehearse a romantic scene with her alone. Additionally, she also claimed that he once showed up to her door in a drunk state and asked for a hug. Read on to know all about it below!
Swara Bhasker Recalls Scary Incident With Director
While chatting with Priyanka Chahar Chaudhary and Tej Pratap Yadav on Rise And Fall season 2, Swara Bhasker recalled that just after Tanu Weds Manu, she started filming for a “big lead film,” adding that it was a 56-day shoot and she was the lead actor in it. She revealed that the director initially explained that a director should love his actor; this is how it should be. Swara shared that he started messaging her and sending her poetry. The actor further recalled that there was a romantic scene in a film and he said that he would be rehearsing it with her. In response, Swara asked who all were there in that rehearsal. The director said, “You and me, we’ll discuss.” She questioned it and asked to call the actor and the camera person.

Swara Bhasker Recalls Director Being “Drunk”
Swara Bhasker stated that while filming the said project, they were staying in the guest house and she was the only woman. The actor stated that there, the director and cinematographer were drinking and had already finished half a bottle. She alleged that the director later came to her room that night and started knocking on her door. When she opened it, she realised that he was drunk. Swara claimed that the director asked her if he could get a hug? She said “no,” and asked him to go, as she was scared.
This alleged incident is truly heartbreaking. Talking about it with others, especially on a reality show where millions of people are watching, takes a lot of courage. This makes us question when such men will stop behaving like creeps and stop making women uncomfortable. Is the future for women bleak when it comes to being safe?
