I’m guessing 2022 is going to be all about babies. And if you thought Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas having their first child was the biggest baby news bomb, you couldn’t be more wrong. Ladies and gentlemen, brace yourself for the biggest good (read: baby) news of the year! Singer Rihanna is expecting her first baby with rapper A$AP Rocky. I know what you’re thinking and no, she did not make the announcement just yet.

Just recently, the 33-year-old singer was spotted flaunting her baby bump in New York City with her beau by her side. The rapper and the soon-to-be mommy were snapped walking around in the city. The ‘Diamonds’ singer was spotted wearing ripped jeans and an oversized long pink jacket. Rihanna left her jacket unbuttoned in the end and paired it with a long embellished necklace around her neck and baby bump. NGL, we’re never going to forget that dolled up baby bump ever!

FYI, Rihanna and A$AP Rocky, reportedly, started dating after the singer broke up with her boyfriend of three years, billionaire Hassan Jameel, in January 2020. In fact, in November 2020, there were several rumours and speculations about Rihanna and A$AP Rocky’s relationship status but the lovebirds did not comment on it until May of 2021. It was during an interview with GQ that A$AP Rocky opened up about his relationship with the singer and called her the ‘love of his life’. He also called her ‘my lady’ and shared that she is ‘the one’ for him. He also spoke about his desire to start a family with Rihanna and shared that he believes that he would be ‘an incredible, remarkably overall amazing dad’.

On the other hand, the singer and businesswoman told British Vogue in 2020 that she’s starting to realise that ‘life is really short’ and revealed that she sees herself having ‘3 or 4 kids’ within the next 10 years irrespective of a partner. Guess, both of their dreams are coming true. We wish you luck Rihanna and A$AP Rocky for this new chapter of your life.
