The UK Rapper Yung Filly had pleaded not guilty before the jury in the r*pe case of a young Australian woman. The accusations were levelled against him in 2024. Two years later, the jury passed its judgement on the matter. According to the news reports, Yung Filly, who real name is Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos was found not guilty in the charges of s*xual assault but was convicted in to two charges of physical assault, body harm. The long-running case against Rapper Yung Filly has finally reached a judgement by the jury of the Australian Court. The rapper was accused of r*ping an Australian woman after finishing his show at a nightclub in Perth in 2024. The jury found Yung Filly not guilty in some major charges against him, however, as per the news reports, they could not reach any judgement on the three counts of r*pe.

According to an Outlook report, the jury did not find Yung Filly guilty of three counts of sexual penetration without consent, one count of strangulation and one count of assault causing actual bodily harm. However, the jury could not reach a verdict on the three counts of r*pe.

Going by the news reports, Yung Filly, whose real name is Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos was found guilty of two counts of physical assault that resulted in bodily harm.
It is yet to be decided whether or not the prosecutors would opt for a retrial, and pursue the charges where the jury could not reach a verdict. The rapper has been granted bail till August 21, and the reports also suggested that he got emotional after the verdict was read out.
