Ranveer Singh has been bestowed with many awards and accolades for his contribution to Indian cinema. He rightly deserved those awards too because he has given us some of the most memorable characters and delivered some smashing performances in his career so far! And well, he added another trophy to his shelf after he was awarded the Marrakech’s Etoile d’Or trophy at the Marrakech International Film Festival. Singh took to his Instagram stories to share pictures and videos from the event where he is seen posing with actresses and interacting with fans!
Wearing a red embellished floral kurta and churidaar along with a pair of shades, Ranveer Singh choose to bring his ethnic charm to the stage. In the videos that he has shared on his social media, he enthusiastically meets and greets his fans! He, then, went to Jemaa El Fna Square where he sang the rap from his film Gully Boy.
Singh also visited the wall where prominent Indian actors’ pictures were framed! One of them was Shah Rukh Khan and his ladylove Deepika Padukone! He also posed for pictures with the German-American actress Diane Kruger and the English actress Vanessa Kirby. In one of the pictures, he was seen appreciating the glittery pants Kruger was wearing! It was the moment when two fashion enthusiasts were seen bonding! Ranveer Singh also met the Prince Moulay Rachid of Morocco. See the pictures below.

This is not the first time the Marrakech International Film Festival has honoured Indian talent. They have previously recognised Aamir Khan, Shah Rukh Khan and Amitabh Bachchan’s contributions to Indian cinema.
On the work front, Ranveer Singh will next be seen in Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani which is a love story directed by Karan Johar. It stars Alia Bhatt in the lead role as well. Apart from these two actos, the movie also stars Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan and Shabana Azmi. The film is set to hit theatres on April 28, 2023.
