The grand scale, visuals and casting of this Namit Malhotra-backed project have already grabbed eyeballs. Now reports of Ramayana’s release date have also surfaced, and here’s what we know about it. Ramayana Release Dates In India, Abroad
The Ranbir Kapoor and Sai Pallavi starrer Ramayana is finally releasing this year. And the film will hit theatres around Diwali. Many reports earlier suggested that the Nitesh Tiwari film will release during the Diwali weekend, with the first release happening overseas and then in India. There were reports that Ramayana will release in India on November 8, and overseas, it was scheduled to drop on November 6. However, these reports may not be true, as the recent Pinkvilla reports reveal clearer details of the release date.
According to the report, Ramayana is scheduled for a release on November 5, 2026, but there will be paid previews of the film on November 4. Furthermore, the film will mostly have a standard international release date. However, in North America, there will be paid previews on Wednesday and then the official release will happen on Thursday. In the United Kingdom, South Africa, and Mauritius, Ramayana’s release date is slated for November 6, Friday.

The dates are yet to be finalised in countries like China, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and Hong Kong.

Ramayana will be released in 2 parts. The first one is coming out in November. It will also star actors like Sunny Deol, Rakul Preet Singh, Vivek Oberoi and Lara Dutta, among others.
