Kangana Ranaut Drags Karan Johar Over Priyanka Chopra’s Statement On Her Beef With People In Bollywood

Actress Kangana Ranaut never leaves an opportunity to share her opinion on almost anything and everything. Just recently, the actress took to her Twitter handle to talk about actress Priyanka Chopra’s alleged reasons to leave Bollywood. In a Twitter thread, Ranaut shared the link to a news piece, that mentioned Chopra’s statement on leaving Bollywood. In a conversation with Dax Shepherd, PC opened up about being “cornered” in Bollywood. She further mentioned her beef with a certain set of people in the industry, being tired of the politics and how many people refused to cast her in films.

She also mentioned how an opportunity of working in the US by manager Anjula Acharia changed her perspective and she went on to build her career in a new country. Taking a sly dig at filmmaker Karan Johar, Ranaut mentioned “This is what Priyanka Chopra has to say about Bollywood. Everyone knows Karan Johar had banned her (Priyanka Chopra).” Making a point about the gruesome politics of the industry, the actress wrote– “Media wrote extensively about her fall out with Karan Johar because of her friendship with SRK.” She also accused the filmmaker and mentioned how he and his team should be held accountable for ruining the culture and environment of the film industry and harassing newcomers.

In one of her tweets, she also hinted at the movie mafia Cruella who turned PC into a punching bag. According to Ranaut, the constant bullying is what led Chopra to leave the country and build a career from scratch. Well, it is not the first time that Kangana has expressed her views on the politics in the industry. For as long as we remember, the actress has always been crystal clear about the industry dynamics and always supports actors who do not belong to film families. Whereas Priyanka Chopra has now started to open up about the many reasons that led her to Hollywood. She earlier mentioned how a few people tried to jeopardise my career and take away her work.
