Actress Richa Chadha has been making it to the news headlines for her remark on the Indian army. Earlier this week, the actress left the internet divided, with her comment on Northern Army Commander Lt General Upendra Dwivedi’s tweet about winning PoK back from Pakistan. The actress took to Twitter to say, “Galwan says hi.”

Followed by which, the Twitter pariwaar came running to her comments section, and served her with a platter full of hate. Not just tweeple, but actor Akshay Kumar too lashed out at Richa for her comment. While Richa went on to apologise publicly, many still called her out for the unnecessary comment. But in the latest update around the Galwan tweet row, actor Prakash Raj came out in support of the actress.

Taking to his Twitter handle, Raj said, “Yes we stand with you Richa… we understand what you meant.” Not only that, but the actor further lashed out at Akshay Kumar for slamming Richa publicly, and said “ Didn’t expect this from you Akshay Kumar…having said that, Richa Chadha is more relevant to our country than you sir.”

Besides Akshay, actor Kay Kay Menon also called out Richa Chadha for her comment.
