Parineeti Chopra Slams Talent Show For Falsely Listing Her As Judge, Calls It A “Sham”

I think most of us grew up watching a lot of reality talent shows such as DID, Indian Idol, India’s Got Talent, Sa Re Ga Ma Pa etc. it was almost like a routine in most households. You all sit together as a family and watch one of these talent reality shows while commenting on each contestant as if you were on the panel of judges. However, we can all agree that a lot of the things that happened on these shows were over the top and gimmicky at times. The ultra sad contestant backstories or the conflicts amongst the judges. I personally always found them amusing. Anyway, Parineeti Chopra clearly is not okay with this as she called out a talent show for lying about her being on their panel of judges.
Parineeti Chopra is all set to make her TV debut with the show Hunarbaaz along with Karan Johar and Mithun Chakraborty. However, she has found herself in the middle of a bit of some Twitter drama. According to the Twitter of Fun Kids India, Parineeti Chopra will be on the panel of judges for their tournament. However, Parineeti took to Twitter and slammed the competition for faking news and cheating parents and contestants.
She shared a screenshot of the fake announcement and tweeted it saying, “Absolute SHAM – I am not associated with this show in any way. Request you to kindly remove my name and not take advantage of kids and their parents in this way”

Fun Kids India replied to Parineeti saying, “We are in touch with your manager for the last 3 months, you have mentioned you are happy to come on board and want to meet us face to face. We are planning to meet you after 19th Dec, 2022.”

Many Twitter users sided with Parineeti on this and even told her to take strict action against Fun Kids India,
How nonsense and so unethical approach. As long as you don't have a contract, you cannot in any condition use someone's name or identity in anyway. Total Sham!!
Untrustworthy!

Until you have a signed contract and agreement, you should not advertise such information. Can you imagine if I'm marketing your house for sale without you given me a written consent?

Totally wasting your time if you are not associated with this show take very strong legal action…!

Regardless of whether they had any correspondence with the manager, Fun Kids India should have waited to talk to Parineeti Chopra herself before making an official announcement. Parineeti was right in shutting down these rumours especially if she did not want to be associated with the project or wasn’t aware of it.
