Pakistani RJ Apologises After Salman Khan’s Remarks
The Pakistani RJ passed body-shaming comments on Katrina Kaif in a video that got him extreme backlash. In the latest episode of Bigg Boss 20, Salman Khan addressed these trolls and put some basic sense into people making such filthy remarks on a woman’s post-pregnancy body. The Pakistani RJ who was at the forefront of this backlash has now come forward to apologise for his remarks on Katrina Kaif. Pakistani RJ Dr Ejaz Waris, in plain words, said Sorry to the actress, and further spoke about what made him think. The Pakistani RJ said that Salman Khan’s statements on the trolls made him think about his comments, and he reflected on them later and realised that the comments would have hurt Katrina Kaif and her fans. He further added that body shaming was never his intention and that he regretted the words that came out of his mouth. He also apologised to Salman Khan and everyone who was hurt by it.
As per him, the body-shaming line was simply a joke that he used as a hook for his video, but otherwise he is a big fan of both Katrina and Salman. He further addressed the Merry Christmas actor as “Superstar of India” and reiterated his thoughts about not meaning to hurt anybody’s feelings.

Well, it took Salman Khan’s remark for the Pakistani RJ to realise that he had made a big mistake, which already says a lot here. It shows one lacks a decent conscience and kindness towards women. If using a demeaning comment against women just to garner some views and likes is the trend right now, it’s enough to say we are not really heading in the right direction as a society.
