NMIXX Sullyoon’s Take On Sleep Has The Internet Scratching Its Head!

With every passing day, K-pop idols are becoming more open about their thoughts, habits and personal views, and fans are getting to see a more honest side of them. However, some of these opinions can quickly spark debate online. Recently, NMIXX’s Sullyoon caught attention during a live broadcast after sharing her unusual views on sleep. Read on to know all about it.

During the live broadcast, the K-pop idol explained that she usually does not go to sleep before midnight unless she has an early schedule. She said she dislikes going to bed early because she would rather use that time to do something else.

For Sullyoon, nighttime feels like valuable free time, especially because her busy schedule often limits what she can do during the day. Even though she has to wake up early for work, she would rather spend her nights doing things she enjoys instead of sleeping.

She also explained that she can sleep almost anywhere, which makes her feel less worried about missing out on rest. The K-pop idol said that she can catch up on sleep while travelling in the car, especially when the journey takes around an hour.

Sullyoon added that she sometimes sleeps at the salon as well. If she finishes her hair and makeup early, she may have around an hour to spare and use that time to rest.

The K-pop idol believes that being able to sleep easily in different places has shaped the way she thinks about rest. If she struggled to sleep outside her bed, she said she would probably value nighttime sleep much more.

While many fans understood why Sullyoon feels this way, some also pointed out that regularly cutting down on nighttime sleep may not be a healthy habit. With idols already dealing with demanding schedules, proper rest remains important for both physical and mental well-being.
