Let’s agree, the past few months (or rather from the start of the year) we’ve had celebrity couples get married one after the other with hardly any breathing space. While all of us have enjoyed and gushed about the gorgeous wedding pictures that have come out, there was one wedding that literally stole my heart away – the one of Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan. I mean, it was so damn dreamy, uff! The power couple tied the knot on June 9 in Mahabalipuram and was attended by close family and friends. Needless to say, it was the biggest wedding in the South and the grandeur of the wedding was seen when Netflix bagged the streaming rights of Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan’s wedding. However, according to the latest updates, the online streaming platform has backed away from the deal.

Lovebirds Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan, after dating for a while, decided to seal the deal on June 9, 2022. From Shah Rukh Khan to Rajnikanth, many celebs came to bless the married couple in Mahabalipuram where the ceremony was held. The wedding video of Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan which reportedly was shot by director Gautham Menon Vasudev was sold to Netflix for a whopping amount. However, it is now reported that the OTT giant has backed out from the deal after Vignesh Shivan shared some of the most special moments from their wedding on social media on their first month of the wedding anniversary. This move has reportedly upset the OTT platform as they were expecting the wedding visuals to be completely exclusive.
