On Tuesday, April 21, Punit Malhotra took to his Instagram and shared a picture with mom-to-be Deepika Padukone. The actor looked glowing in the rare selfie and was seen in a white ensemble. She did not show her baby bump. And as per the caption, she was there for a shoot, though not confirmed if it was a film or an ad shoot. But this post has raised much curiosity about her upcoming projects after announcing her second pregnancy. In the caption, Punit wrote, “This shoot? 10/10. No notes! Thank you @deepikapadukone for being so warm, gracious and wonderful… truly grateful! I owe you one.”
Meanwhile, she received congratulatory messages from many Bollywood peers, including Kareena Kapoor, Anushka Sharma, Priyanka Chopra, Shreya Ghoshal, Katrina Kaif, Parineeti Chopra, Huma Qureshi, Vikrant Massey, and others. After she announced her pregnancy, a report by HT suggested that she would continue her shoot for upcoming projects like Allu Arjun’s Raaka and Shah Rukh Khan’s King throughout this period. They also stated that the actor and the makers of Raaka have taken all precautions while shooting for action scenes.
