Several videos were calling out Alia Bhatt’s hosting skills at the Screen Awards. In one of the videos, the creator raised questions about why actors were allowed to host such shows instead of skilled professionals, as in the West. Mini Mathur left a comment on this post saying, “Finally someone said it.”

Mini Mathur’s Clarification
In a conversation with HT City, Mini Mathur straightaway dismissed these speculations and called it ‘Rubbish’. She further clarified why the comment was made from her end. Mini Mathur said that the creator had an interesting perspective about the expectations that are put on actors to host a show, and when that is not delivered, several complaints are made. She compared such expectations to asking a host to act on gunpoint. Mini Mathur again added that her comment was strictly made from her perspective. She also bashed the internet for creating stories out of nothing. Mini Mathur added that she loved Alia Bhatt and had not even watched the show that everyone was talking about.
