Lock Upp S2 recently captured all the viewers’ attention after a heartfelt conversation that unfolded between the contestants. During the same, influencer Sufi Motiwala revealed how he faced difficulties and struggles because of his s*xuality. Amid this, contestant Dheeraj Dhoopar praised the individuals who identified as gay and also revealed being comfortable around them. However, it was Harshad Chopda’s confession that ruined all the heads! 

What Did Harshad Chopda Say?

On the recent episode of Lock Upp S2, Sufi Motiwala, who got emotional, revealed that even today his parents think that something is wrong with him. He stated that it is so hard to come to the families, adding that people are sent to conversion therapy, where they are brainwashed and violence is used against them. In the episode, Harshad Chopda recalled an instance that involved a gay individual. The actor recounted doing a ramp walk, however, he didn’t get the money since he had to go to someone’s house and get the payment. He recalled fleeing straight up and that he couldn’t understand why. Harshad stated that he ran away at the time by making up an excuse about a shoot. The actor shared that the person knew that the shoot had been cancelled; however, Harshad fled anyway. He revealed that he met that same person again, and he apologised by saying that he didn’t know how to handle the situation. Harshad stated that he isn’t a confrontational person. The actor added, “Phattu insaan hoon. Maybe it takes me longer but mujhe darr lagta tha.”

What Did Dheeraj Dhoopar Say?

Amid the same conversation on Lock Upp S2, Dheeraj Dhoopar revealed that he was comfortable around people who identify as gay. He opined that they are better human beings, adding that they are sensitive towards everything. He also called them wonderful! For the unversed, Lock Upp Season 2 is being hosted by Farah Khan and Riteish Deshmukh. Apart from the aforementioned people, the show also stars Ram Kapoor, Ssunita Ahuja, Varun ‘Laila’ Yadav, Shivangi Joshi, and more! It’s also worth noting that Kangana Ranaut, who hosted the previous season, will be returning as a special guest on the show!
