About Shreya Kalra, Shivangi Joshi

Filmmaker Farah Khan hosted a grand party at her Mumbai house post the Lock Upp 2 finale. Producer Ekta Kapoor also attended the bash and even shared a video of Shreya Kalra and Shivangi Joshi dancing together on the famous 90s song, ‘Kisi Disco Mein Jaayen,’ while other inmates loudly cheered on them. The clip came as a surprise after Kalra had called the other “backstabber Joshi,” in a post-win clip. The video featured Shreya and her friends watching some episodes of Lock Upp at home and were on the semi-finale episode, in which she decides to eliminate Shivangi from the show. But Harshad comes in as a protector, gets eliminated, and gives Shivangi his position as a finalist. After this, the two girls break into a massive fight.

Shreya’s friends panned the camera toward her and asked what she would want to name Shivangi after this, and she stated, “backstabber Joshi.” While the two were friendly at the beginning of the show, their bond changed till the finale. They emerged as frenemies and in the finale, Shreya lifted the trophy while taking home Rs 1 crore. Many of their contestants were shocked to see her emerge as a winner with Shilpa Shinde even breaking down and giving the winner a tight hug.
