Lauren Gottlieb, known for her dance moves, TV appearances and for ABCD: Any Body Can Dance, never fails to impress us all with her sharp dance moves and killer expressions in her films, dance shows or music videos. But this time she turned Hollywood into Bollywood with her amazing performance on ‘Ghaghra’ from Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani and we not only loved her performance but also her costume, which was so colourful and beautiful!

Lauren Gottlieb shared a video on her Instagram handle which has generated a lot of buzz. In the video, we can see Lauren performing with her dancing partner Jainil Mehta. They both are dancing on Madhuri Dixit and Ranbir Kapoor’s iconic song ‘Ghagra’ from the movie Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani and can we just say that their performance was nothing less than iconic?

Sharing the video she wrote, “It’s the ending for me,” and we also loved the ending where they both are doing the spin effortlessly on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, amidst all those stars. Lauren chose a multi-coloured and multi-layered ghagra and shiny blue blouse for the performance and underneath it, she wore a pair of sneakers. I think we need to take dancing and fashion tips from her because that’s a nice mix of comfort and style. Her dance partner Jainil Mehta can be seen in a multi-colour kurta with light wash jeans and vibrant yellow sneakers.

Lauren Gottlieb is an American dancer, who has worked in many Indian films. She was a contestant in the third season of the reality dance competition So You Think You Can Dance. She took a break from films to battle mental health issues. Lauren said that she took off to New York and confided in a friend that she was in need of help and sought therapy in Los Angeles but now she is back in Bollywood. Nice comeback, Lauren!
