In a recent turn of events, Kylie Jenner has found herself in trouble after her ex-chef made some serious accusations against her. This is not the first time that she has been slammed by an employee, and this time, the ex-chef talked about the intense workload that not only affected her emotionally, but also led her to face a miscarriage. Kylie Jenner’s Ex-Chef Sues Her

According to a report by the LA Times, Kylie Jenner’s ex-chef had filed a lawsuit recently in the Los Angeles Superior Court. She revealed that she was made to work for 11-12-hour shifts for 5 days a week, even after informing her superior about her pregnancy. She was also allegedly denied fair accommodation after being hired during Thanksgiving 2024. The chef stated that she had told her supervisor about being three months pregnant and had even asked for reasonable accommodation to take care of her health and pregnancy.

Her lawsuit stated that she was denied all of this, along with being assigned physically demanding work constantly. Even after informing about her pregnancy during Christmas 2024, she was reportedly assigned heavy food-lifting items across the street and even uphill without any assistance. This took a serious toll on her and left her feeling dizzy, choking, and gasping for breath on the street. A security guard came to help her during this. Later in February 2025, when she was five months pregnant, she was assigned to Kylie’s kid’s birthday party in Palm Springs, where again she did not receive any assistance despite the scale of that event.

And when she voiced her concerns and asked for help on the same day, she was ignored. This intense workload took a toll on her, leading to breakdowns and heaviness in her body. After which she was rushed to the hospital, where she suffered a haemorrhage and lost her unborn child. When she informed her supervisor about this, she was accused of leaving the kitchen in disarray. The ex-chef faced yet another haemorrhage, leading her to collapse in the bathroom. In response, her supervisor told her that she was making Kylie Jenner upset.

Not just this, she was reportedly never paid on time or for the extra hours. She is now seeking damages with allegations listed as ‘pregnancy discrimination and harassment, failure to provide reasonable accommodations, wrongful termination, wage violations, and improper classification as an independent contractor’.
