Kriti Sanon Reacts To Rakshabandhan Ad Troll
The actor took to her social media handle to share her opinion on the recent backlash around her clothes in a Rakshabandhan commercial. Kriti Sanon firmly wrote that the essence of the festival did not lie in the outfits or dresses but rather in the emotion that one has for the festival. She went on to explain the meaning and importance that Rakshabandhan holds in her life. The actor wrote that she and her sister Nupur Sanon tie rakhi to each other, and they promise to protect each other for life. As per Kriti Sanon, this occasion is also a celebration of her bond with her dogs.
Kriti Sanon sternly questioned, “When will you stop asking women what to wear?” The actor further wrote that ethnic fashion has evolved over the years and wondered when society would stop judging a woman’s respect for her culture just by her clothes. She ended the note by saying, “Culture and traditions are in her heart, not in her neckline.”
On the other hand, Kriti Sanon has received immense praise for her performance in Cocktail 2, and we are yet to know more about her upcoming and confirmed film projects.
