‘Koffee With Karan’: Ananya Panday’s Response To Competing With Besties Suhana Khan, Shanaya Kapoor Is What Gehri Dosti Is All About
It is Thursday and yet another episode of Koffee With Karan season 7 was dropped on Disney Plus Hotstar. This time it was Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday who graced the couch and they had some steamy conversation with the host himself, Karan Johar. Oh, and what conversations took place in today’s episode! Well, as many times I went “hawww” during the episode, there were also instances I went “awww”, and one of those moments was when Ananya spoke about her friendship with Suhana Khan and Shanaya Kapoor. Karan asked the Liger actress that now that Shanaya and Suhana are all set to make their Bollywood debuts, will their friendship survive.
To which Ananya promptly replied by saying that yes, it will. Karan also asked her why says this with such assurance and she responded by saying that their rapport is way past friendship now as they have all become family. Then, Karan asked what if either Shanaya, Suhana or even her were to break from the group first and to this Ananya said that she would like to believe that industry dynamics wouldn’t affect their friendship.

She also said that the three of them harbour genuine love for each other and they all grew up dreaming of becoming actors. Ananya further said that she would be happy for their success as she would be for her own. How sweet, yaa! Karan also tried to dig out some gossip and asked if while growing up she had a crush on Suhana’s elder brother Aaryan Khan. And before replying to this, Ananya blushed a little and said that she found him to be cute. She was also asked why her crush did not ‘fructify’ and to this dear Ananya said that Aaryan should be asked this question and not her.

Apart from spilling gossip, Ananya also said some pretty sweet things as well.
