‘Koffee With Karan’ S7 E8: KJo Reveals Kriti Sanon Turned Down Kiara’s Role In ‘Lust Stories’ And Her Reason Is Kaafi Desi

Well, if you haven’t by any chance, then let me tell you that the latest episode featuring Kiara Advani and Shahid Kapoor was all about fun and friendship, we absolutely loved it. During the episode, Karan Johar also revealed how Kiara was not his first choice for Lust Stories, he said that he first offered the role to Kriti Sanon but she rejected it and her reason is kaafi desi. In the eighth episode of Koffee With Karan Season 7, host Karan Johar said that when he decided to direct the Netflix anthology Lust Stories, he thought that the story in which Kiara Advani and Vicky Kaushal played the lead roles was going to be tough to cast because the female lead has an ‘open orgasm’ in it and he was right. He revealed that he first offered the role to Kriti Sanon but she had to decline the offer as her mom – Geeta Sanon didn’t allow her.
