Kiara Advani knows how to keep it real. Talking about the same, she recently opened up to Raj Shamani about her postpartum days after giving birth to her and Sidharth Malhotra’s daughter Saraayah. Just like many mothers, the actress also went through a tough time during that phase. In the conversation, she also spoke about how a woman goes through an identity shift during this phase, adding that men try their best during pregnancy but often fail. Kiara Advani Recalls Sidharth Malhotra’s Support During Postpartum

While recalling how Sidharth Malhotra supported her during the postpartum days, Kiara Advani told Raj Shamani on his podcast that there was a point where her emotions were going all over the place, and he was promoting his movie. She explained that he would come late at night, stay with the baby and her, and then return to work in the morning. However, at the time, she didn’t know if it was her missing him or what, but everything was triggering her, and anything would make her cry.

Kiara further recalled that Saraayah’s paediatrician asked him to just take the actress out for a drive every night as she needed to be out there and to let her get the fresh air and breathe, because it had become a routine to sleep and feed the baby. The Satyaprem Ki Katha star added that her husband would take her out for a drive every night, and sometimes she just wanted to vent without getting advice in return.

When Did Kiara And Sidharth Welcome Saraayah

Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani welcomed Saraayah in July 2025. For the uninitiated, the couple’s love story started after crossing paths on the sets of Shershaah.
