Today is a very very special date. Why? Because on this very exact date, a year ago, one of my favourite movies by Kiara Advani and Sidharth Malhotra was released. Yep, you guessed it right, I’m talking about Shershaah. Man, what a movie it was. I felt so many emotions in a span of 2hrs and 15 minutes that it is hard for me to put them in words. And today, that it is the movie’s one-year anniversary, you can bet your a** that I’m for sure going to bingewatch the movie after work. From the songs to the performances by actors, there was nothing that didn’t surpass my expectations. But before I go into a deep gushing mode, let me just reel back myself out and talk about how there’s news for all Shershaah fans. What is the news? Well, Dimple Cheema aka Kiara Advani and Captain Vikram Batra aka Sidharth Malhotra are ready to grace your mobile screens once again on Instagram this time as they go live on the social media platform.
Yep, just an hour back on August 12, Kiara Advani took to her Instagram story and in a very typical Dimple Cheema style tagged Sidharth Malhotra and taunted him of forgetting her as she is not with him. But hold on, just like how Captain Vikram Batra of Shershaah would have replied, even he replied in the cutest way possible.

To mark the one-year anniversary of Shershaah, Kiara Advani not only share a post regarding the movie but also took to her story and wrote, “@sidmalhotra Tu baatein toh badi badi karta tha, par tu bhi na ‘Out of sight, Out of mind’ type ka banda nikla” and to this Sidharth Malhotra had the cutest reply. He reshared her story and wrote, “Oye sardarni, mujhe na sab yaad hai,, bhul hi nai sakta. Aaj 6 baje milne aaunga”.
