Actress Karishma Tanna’s wedding festivities have already begun and the pictures are just so aww-dorable. All set to tie the knot with beau Varun Bangera, the actress’ mehendi ceremony pictures have started coming and we’re excited to see more of them. Looking lovely in a mustard-yellow ensemble, Karishma Tanna was spotted with Varun Bangera at the venue of the mehendi ceremony in Mumbai. Adding some colour to her wedding wardrobe, Karishma opted for a stunning bandhani lehenga choli by designer Punit Balana. Her mehendi special attire featured a traditional marodi work around the waistband, neckline and cut-work on the border of her dupatta. Opting for Gujarat’s traditional heirloom dyed fabric, we loved the incorporation of fuchsia-pink borders around her skirt, which she matched with a bunch of flowers pinned to her side-parted curls. She further accessorised the look with ruby-encrusted gold jewellery and matching chaandbalis that she wore with an ear chain. She completed the look with subtle make-up and of course, the henna-clad hands stole the spotlight. Complimenting his lady love in mustard-yellow, groom Varun Bangera opted for designer Punit Balana’s bandi set in the shade red. Karishma’s mehendi look also took us back to newly-wed, Mouni Roy’s yellow sharara set by designer Payal Singhal that she wore to her mehendi ceremony. This also indicates the popularity and significance of the shade in wedding-appropriate wardrobe.
