From Alia Bhatt, To Hina Khan, Actresses Who Recreated K3G’s Poo’s Dialogues! This Is So PHAT!
Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham is considered an iconic movie for a couple of reasons. While the most obvious ones are Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol’s chemistry; Hrithik Roshan’s glow-up; the most engaging and dramatic plot ever; and lastly, Kareena Kapoor Khan’s most-loved character Poo! Poo is considered a classic even today and rightly so! Her iconic fashion sense, her confidence and her tez-tararr hazir-jawabi make her a fan favourite even 21 years after the film has released. Her character has struck a chord with many young-age actresses who have gone on to recreate some of her classic dialogues. And what better than today, since it is Kareena Kapoor Khan’s birthday, to take a look at some of those renditions?
Janhvi Kapoor
When K3G completed 20 years, Janhvi Kapoor recreated Poo’s dialogue wherein she is admiring her own beauty. In the video, Janhvi is wearing a yellow one-shoulder dress and staring at herself in the mirror. She goes on to say, “How dare you! Tumhara koi haq nai banta tum itni khoobsurat dikho. Not fair!”

Alia Bhatt
Alia Bhatt also did not let go of an opportunity to recreate Poo’s dialogue! But instead of one dialogue, she went on to recreate the scene where she is rating the boys of her college to go to prom with her. Interestingly, Ibrahim Ali Khan was also in the video and Alia AKA Poo rates him a ‘minus’! Lastly, Ranveer has essayed the role of Hrithik in the video.

Hina Khan
Hina Khan went on to recreate the scene where Poo wears black when going to offer prayers in a mandir. Hina is wearing a black bodycon dress and lip syncs to the dialogue saying, “Mandir mei sab bhagawaan ko dekhne ke bajaye sab mujhe ghoor ke dekh rahe they toh it’s not my problem!”
