BTS Jungkook’s Go-To Exercises To Stay Fit And Strong!
1. 100 Squats
He begins with 100 squats divided into five sets of 20. After each set, he rests for about 15 seconds. Squats are great for the legs, hips, and core. They help make the lower body strong and burn extra calories.
2. 40 Lunges
Next, he does 40 lunges in two sets of 20, switching legs each time. Lunges shape the legs nicely and improve balance. They strengthen one leg at a time, which is very useful for dancers.
3. 30 Crunches
For his core, Jungkook does 30 crunches. It is an easy exercise and tightens the upper belly and also supports better posture during long working hours.
4. Plank Circuit
He then does a plank circuit. The ‘Standing Next To You’ singer holds a front plank for one minute, then a side plank on the left for one minute, and lastly a side plank on the right for one minute. Planks make the deep core muscles strong and also help improve shoulder strength.
5. 15 Burpees
Lastly, he finishes the session with 15 burpees. A burpee is a full-body move that includes a squat, a push-up, and a jump. It quickly raises the heart rate, builds stamina, and helps burn fat fast.
