Jacqueline Fernandez Writes To Delhi Police, Demands FIR Against Conman Sukhesh For Harassing Her From JailWhile Sukesh continues sending her love letters!
Jacqueline Fernandez addressed her distress caused by conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar from inside jail. In a letter to the Delhi Police, the actor demanded FIR against conman Sukesh for intimidating her and causing her psychological distress. She also emphasised the need for Delhi Police to take prompt action and demanded a thorough investigation into her complaint against the conman while providing her protection. She sent this complaint to Delhi Police Commissioner Sanjay Arora and Special Commissioner of Police (Crime Branch) via email.

Expressing immediate concern for her safety and the integrity of legal proceedings, Jacqueline Fernandez urged the police commissioner to intervene urgently, as per a report by Indian Express. She called for the registration of an FIR under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) against conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar. She claimed that the accused, who is currently in Mandoli Jail, is using intimidating tactics publicly by writing letters. According to her letter to the Delhi Top Cop, she stressed the need to ensure her protection as a prosecution witness in a case related to the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) while terming it a matter of significant legal importance.

Jacqueline Fernandez, in her letter to the police commissioner, highlighted the gravity of the situation, emphasising that the alleged actions not only violated her individual rights but also struck at the core of the justice system. She pointed out that the principle of witness protection, fundamental to the administration of justice, was compromised, undermining the credibility and efficacy of legal institutions. She claimed that the intimidation tactics being used by Conman Sukesh have led to “psychological pressure” for her. Since, Jacqueline is currently travelling, she used her official email to contact Commissioner Arora and the Special Commissioner of Police (Crime Branch), attaching three news articles from December last year as evidence with her complaint letter.

The actor, who is actively involved in the ongoing investigation by the Economic Offences Wing (EOW) in a Rupees 200 Crore money laundering and extortion case linked to Conman Sukesh, had previously sought legal intervention in December. At that time, Jacqueline Fernandez had approached a Delhi court, requesting measures to restrain Sukesh Chandrashekhar from sending unwarranted letters, messages, or statements to her.

The appeal to the Delhi Commissioner is a plea for swift and transparent intervention, ensuring the protection of Jacqueline Fernandez as a crucial witness in the high-stakes MCOCA case.
