Jacqueline Fernandez Will Approach Patiala Court For The ED Chargesheet Copy

In a charge sheet submitted by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in the 200 crore money laundering case against conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar, Jacqueline Fernandez has been listed as an accused. According to Jacqueline’s attorney Prashant Patil, neither the ED nor the court has made any official communications, and Jacqueline has not gotten a copy of the complaint that has been filed. The actress will go to the Patiala court on Thursday to request a copy of the ED’s charge sheet.

Prashant Patil stated that they will request a certified copy of the complaint filed by the Enforcement Directorate. He further added that it’s the right of the accused and hence, they are hoping to acquire it. He further added that the Special PMLA Court in Delhi has scheduled a hearing for tomorrow about the request for permission to travel overseas and it has been close to 15 days since this application was submitted. He said that they will request that Jacqueline be served with a summons and that a date be set for her personal attendance in court. Prashant previously had claimed that Jacqueline would follow legal requirements to safeguard her freedom and dignity. Jacqueline has been cooperative throughout the investigation, according to him, and she is a victim of a broader scheme.

Jacqueline Fernandez took to her Instagram to share a note for herself after she was named in a charge sheet by the Enforcement Directorate in a   200 crore extortion case, linked to jailed conman Sukesh Chandrashekar. She reshared a post that read, “Dear me, I deserve all good things, I’m powerful, I accept myself, it’ll all be okay. I’m strong, I will achieve my goals and dreams, I can do it.”
