Want To Know How You Can Be Healthier In 2022? Bhagyashree’s Got You Covered With Her Fitness And Diet Tips

It has been almost 20 days since 2022 began and I assume that most of us are having difficulties maintaining and keeping up with our fitness goals for the year. I believe that a lot of it has to do with how unrealistic our goals tend to be because they are based on media portrayal of what health and fitness are. I think as an inexperienced youngin, one of my major downfalls is the lack of guidance and the opposing opinions regarding things. However, former actor Bhagyashree who is also a nutritionist is here to guide us with her health, fitness and diet tips every Tuesday I don’t know about you but I feel motivated to push through my fitness goals,

For her most recent Tuesday tip, Bhagyashree spoke about pomegranates and taught people (like me) who are always snacking that pomegranates should be my go-to snack.
