Alia Bhatt ticked off another major achievement from her checklist when she was announced as the first Global Ambassador of the Italian fashion house Gucci. The actress also shared the good news with her fans on her Instagram. With this big of a title, comes bigger responsibilities for Alia. She is currently in Seoul to gear up for the Gucci Cruise 2024 fashion show which is going to be held at the Gyeongbokgung Palace. Ahead of the show, Alia Bhatt shared a picture of her posing with the Thai actress Davika Hoorne. Along with the pictures, she also wished the actress a very happy birthday!

Thai star Davika Hoorne rang in her 31st birthday in Seoul and Alia Bhatt joined in the celebration. Hoorne took to the Gram to share a couple of pictures with Alia where they struck goofy poses for the camera. Davika wrote ‘love’ in the caption followed by a red heart emoji for Bhatt. The Gangubai Kathiawadi actress reshared Davika’s post on Instagram to wish her on her janamdin! She also called Hoorne ‘gorgeous’.

Davika Hoorne looked beautiful in a blue shirt tucked into a white co-ord set whereas Alia Bhatt was wearing a black lacy dress and she threw on an oversized shirt on top. Fans could not get enough of the cuteness that oozed from Davika’s post with Alia as many have expressed surprise on seeing them together. A lot of fans went on to comment that they were not expecting this crossover while one of them wrote that two worlds are colliding in the picture.
Gucci’s India Global Ambassador Alia Bhatt is going to make her debut as the brand’s face on May 16 at the fashion show. Several other global stars of the like Korean pop group Exo’s member KAI, South Korean singer IU (Lee Ji-eun) and others are also expected to attend.
