Yes, you heard it right. The US President Donald Trump is banned from the Met Gala. This was confirmed by Anna Wintour herself, stating that the one celebrity she would never invite would be him. Though Trump has been an attendee a few times in the past, he hasn’t appeared on the red carpet since 2012.
2. Zayn Malik
Famous singer Zayn was last seen at the Met Gala in 2016 with his ex-girlfriend, Gigi Hadid. But soon after this, he stated that he had no interest in coming back during a chat with GQ. He said, I’d rather be sitting at my house doing something productive than dressing up in really expensive clothes and being photographed on a red carpet…to do the self-indulgent ‘look at me, I’m amazing’ thing on the red carpet, it’s not me.”
