In a recent turn of events, famous Punjabi singer Karan Aujla has found himself in the middle of a controversy after an alleged X (Previously Twitter) post of his got viral. In the post, he had reportedly shared that he was bis*xual, which shocked fans online. It all began with a screenshot allegedly from his account that went viral with this statement, and now his team has spoken about the same.

Many online speculated that Karan Aujla deleted the post soon after he posted it. As the talks around this grew, his fans defended him, saying that the account seen in the viral pic was not linked to him. Many also pointed out inconsistencies in the pic and how the username in the picture did not match the handle associated with the Punjabi star. The post also had many spelling errors, which further weakened its credibility. It is important to note that so far, neither the artist nor his team have released any official statements on the same.

Aujla is currently doing concerts for his P-Pop Culture India Tour. From kickstarting in Kolkata to his famous show at Delhi’s Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, he was at a high until his Mumbai concert. His March 2026 concert drew massive backlash from the fans who attended his gig on a hot day with poor management, no proper water arrangements, and him being late. After the major backlash, he did a concert once again in Mumbai in April.
