Sometimes, the words or language used for the actresses are quite demeaning. One can only imagine how that particular female celeb may feel about it. The popular TV actress Nia Sharma addressed the issue of such insensitive Hindi headlines on the latest episode of Hauterrfly’s The Male Feminist. The actress kept forth her opinions from the viewpoint of someone who had experienced it firsthand and expressed grave disappointment in people who write such articles.

Nia Sharma is a well-known TV actress who rose to fame from the daily soap Jamai Raja, opposite Ravi Dubey. The actress also became a part of Khatron Ke Khiladi season 8. She has played many roles in TV serials over the years and is a famous personality on social media too. However, Nia Sharma stays extremely disappointed with the kind of headlines written about her. On the latest episode of The Male Feminist, Nia Sharma brought up this issue during the conversation with host Siddharth Aalambayan. She highlighted the insulting and insensitive words used for her in some media articles and said that it makes her cringe hard at them, especially the Hindi ones.

Recalling a past incident, Nia Sharma said that her video of dancing at Universal Studios was turned into an article which read, “Choti skirt pehenkar sadkon par ucchal ucchal kar Nia Sharma ne ki masti”(Nia Sharma had fun on the road wearing a short skirt.) Nia also added that such cringe articles are written about her on a regular basis. Furthermore, the actress opined that these kinds of articles are written about her more because she started her career on TV, but had she been a Bollywood celebrity, nobody would have bothered. Amid this conversation, Nia Sharma also revealed that she had plans to become a journalist!
