Sam Levinson recently appeared on The New York Times’ Popcast and stated that Euphoria’s journey has ended. The show’s network, HBO, also reportedly backed the announcement in a statement to Variety. It’s worth noting that the creator had also revealed to the said publication about writing every season like it’s the last one, adding that he wanted to finish this as strong as he could and just wanted to deliver a “slam dunk season.” After season 2 concluded, the anticipation to watch the third one was through the roof. Many things, including scheduling issues, industry strikes, and more, resulted in the long gaps. Additionally, fans also speculated that season three would be the end of Euphoria.

Season 3 of Euphoria consisted of a time jump, where we saw how things unfolded for the major characters. The show once again became a subject of controversy for showing graphic material and nudity, which many found was degrading to women.
