Rumours about Dilip Joshi and Munmun Dutta leaving TMKOC have been afloat for a while.
Popular television show Tarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah‘s one of the favourite pairs is of Jethalal and Babita Ji. Both the actors- Dilip Joshi and Munmunn Dutta have been a part of the show since its beginning. However, with the current plot not involving the duo, the audience is scared that the two might have quit the Asit Modi show.

Rumours about Dilip Joshi and Munmun Dutta leaving TMKOC have been afloat for a while. This grew even more when fans noticed how both of them were absent from the recent ‘bhootni’ arc. While the rest of the Gokuldham society, like Bapuji, Popatlal, Sodhi, and others, have joined Anjali and Tarak Mehta on a vacation in a haunted bungalow, Jethalal and Babita Ji seemed to be absent.
But as per ABP, Tarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah‘s production team has confirmed that they both are still part of the show. The current plot indicates that Jethalal is on a business trip with his associates, and Babita Ji and Iyer are vacationing in Mahabaleshwar. The show has been running for 17 years now.
However, many actors have left the show during its run for almost 2 decades. This includes the likes of Disha Vakani, Jheel Mehta, Bhavya Gandhi, Raj Anadkat, Palak Sindhwani, Gurucharan Singh Sodhi, and Neha Mehta are no longer a part of TMKOC. What are your thoughts on this? Let us know!
