Bollywood stars Ranveer Singh and Shahid Kapoor got into an alleged rift during the filming of their film Padmaavat. Reportedly, the latter was allegedly “insulted” on the sets of the Sanjay Leela Bhansali film and that things got ugly between the two. A social media post showed Ranveer Singh’s fans praising him as the only actor who could play the role of both Ram and Ravana if he were cast in an adaptation of the epic. This post praising the actor also had a like from Shahid Kapoor, which led to many wondering if their feud from Padmaavat was over. It also had many reactions from the netizens pointing out how in previous interviews Kapoor had stated that he didn’t believe Ranveer could do Kaminey and how far they had come now. Amid this, another pointed out how the two were very different and pointed out how a younger Shahid also could not have done Kaminey either.
They pointed out how the Dhurandhar actor had calmed down these days and was very “full of himself” during the start of his career. Netizens also said that they agreed that Singh could play any role and is really the “chameleon” of the film industry. Meanwhile, Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana featured actor Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Rama, Sai Pallavi as Sita, Ravi Dubey as Lakshman, Sunny Deol as Hanuman, and Yash as Ravana.
