Deepika Padukone And Ranveer Singh Buy A Quadruplex Worth ₹119 Crores Next To Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat Home
As a youngin myself, one of the things I have always been told is how difficult it is to buy your own house, especially in a city like Mumbai. And those who can afford to do so are lucky. That is exactly what our favourite celeb couple, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh did as they bought a lavish apartment and will be Shah Rukh Khan’s neighbours.
Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh have bought a new quadruplex with a sea view in Mumbai’s luxurious residential tower Sagar Resham. They apparently paid ₹119 crores for the house. Their new home is one of the most expensive buys in the country for a single flat.
Deepika and Ranveer’s new place is situated in between Salman Khan’s Galaxy Apartments and Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat home. The couple’s quadruplex is said to be on the 16th, 17th, 18th, and 19th floors of the tower. It has a total carpet area of 11,266 square feet along with a 1,300 square foot unique deck. According to sources, the cost per square foot of properties in the area is ₹1 lakh.
