Recently, a video of comedian Pranit More had surfaced on social media, which was reportedly taken after the 370 Rs Biryani controversy. In the video, he was seen getting all emotional before the audience. Days after, Pranit More has now announced his comeback with a new standup show, and he has shared a poster to make it official. Pranit More Announces Comeback!
Pranit More received immense backlash for staying silent, or rather encouraging Himanshu Jangra, a man in the audience, to make demeaning remarks against women. This happened during the crowd work when the person in question shared a date story, in which he implied that he was entitled to get physical pleasures from the girl as he paid Rs 370 for biryani. Pranit More laughed and added to the jokes, and this did not sit well with the social media users.
But looks like the comedian wants to now put this in the past and move on. On his official Instagram handle, Pranit More shared a poster of his comeback. The standup titled ‘Ghayal’ features a black-and-white picture of the comedian in the middle of a moving crowd. In the caption, Pranit More wrote, “I can’t change what happened, but I can choose who I become because of it.” He described Ghayal as the story of the journey, and it will kickstart in Mumbai.
