Rani Mukerji’s Mrs Chatterjee Vs Norway has been receiving positive reviews from the audience for her portrayal of a mother who leaves no stone unturned to get back the custody of her kids. Touted a little dramatic, but the message is loud is clear – ek maa apne bacchon ke liye kch bhi kar sakti hai. A special media screen was also organised which was attended by the kaafi popular Bollywood celebrities. Katrina Kaif, Kiara Advani, Vicky Kaushal, Neetu Singh, Shruti Haasan and more celebrities were seen in attendance at the screening, and they all have heaped praises on the tear-jerker that Rani’s film is.

Katrina Kaif wrote that the story of Mrs Chatterjee Vs Norway is gripping and incredible, and it made her feel a rollercoaster of emotions. She also congratulated the entire team of film for their efforts.
Vicky Kaushal wrote that the film will make your heart go out to those who have been through the ordeal of losing the custody of their children to the government. He also went on to praise Rani Mukerjee for bearing her soul in the film.
Kiara Advani called the film a heart-wrenching story and called Rani the best! She also went on to add that her heart breaks knowing that there have been families who have been through this but a mother’s power is unmatched!

Mrs Chatterjee Vs Norway is a film based on the real-life incidents that took place with Sagarika Bhattacharya. The Norway authorities took away the custody of her children because of cultural differences, and Sagarika had a fight a long legal battle to get her children. The film is helmed by Ashima Chibber and stars Neena Gupta, Anirban Bhattacharya, and Jim Sarbh.
