Cameron Diaz Is All Set To “Un-Retire” And Get Back In Action with ‘Back In Action’ Alongside Jamie Foxx
I remember back in the day when I watched the first-ever film of my favourite Hollywood actress Cameron Diaz. A friend recommended What Happened In Vegas and I decided to watch it with my girlfriends during our mini slumber party and that’s when I decided that Cameron Diaz my ultimate favourite. This is also why it broke my heart when the actress announced her retirement from Hollywood in 2014 following the remake of the film Annie alongside Jamie Foxx. But for all the Cameron Diaz fans out there, I’ve got some good news. The actress is all set to “un-retire” and come back in action with a Netflix film alongside Jamie Foxx titled Back In Action.
Jamie Foxx took to Twitter to announce that Cameron Diaz is making a comeback in a rather unique manner. The actor shared audio of a call between him, Diaz and NFL star Tom Brady. In the audio, the actress can be heard sharing that she is nervous and doesn’t know how to “this” after which Foxx connects her with Brady who reveals that he was informed by Foxx that Cameron Diaz needs some tips on how to return from her retirement. He goes on to add that he is “relatively successful at un-retiring”. FYI, football player Tom Brady had announced his retirement earlier this year but he un-retired and confirmed his return for one more NFL season. Having said that, Cameron Diaz will be making her big comeback with Netflix’s action-comedy film, Back In Action alongside Jamie Foxx. In his tweet, Foxx wrote that he had to call in the GOAT (Greatest Of All Time) to bring back another GOAT while adding that he hopes the actress isn’t mad that he recorded the call.

The Netflix film Back In Action is all set to go on floors later this year. Reports suggest that the film will be produced by Beau Bauman for Good One Productions and Seth Gordon for Exhibit A. Jamie Foxx, Datari Turner, O’Brien, and Mark McNair are said to be the Executive producers for the film.
