‘Bhediya’ Twitter Reviews: Varun Dhawan’s Performance And VFX Get Hoots
While I am not one to enjoy horror films, horror-comedies are a whole different ball game. Being a lover of comedy, mixing it with horror makes the movies less scary and enjoyable to watch for fattu people like me. And with movies such as Stree coming out, horror-comedies are the new genre of Bollywood. And on a similar note, I was all excited to watch Bhediya starring Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon. And while I am yet to watch this movie, I got curious about what Twitter thought of the film and went on the accursed website to see all the unsolicited opinions Tweeple had of Bhediya. And people cannot makeup their minds about this movie. And to be fair, Bhediya seems to be worth the watch because people on Twitter cannot get over Varun Dhawan’s acting and the VFX. #Bhediya 1st half:
It can be appreciated for its attempt at something inventive and original but the comedic punchlines are a hit and a miss.
The cinematography & special effects are effective but the eerie tone or ‘laugh riot’ like treatment is sporadic not consistent

Clearly, Bhediya seems to have received really good reviews. From Varun Dhawan’s performance to the VFX, Tweeple are a fan of the movie so far. People are also clearly raving about the comedy and the writing of the film which is something I am enthusiastic to witness for myself. Considering that I haven’t particularly enjoyed a lot of the films Bollywood has come out with in recent times, it is exciting to see a movie that has received positive first reviews. And it was also refreshing to see a movie that people weren’t mad at and didn’t want to boycott. So, let’s see how I feel about Bhediya when I first watch it this weekend too.
