Babil Khan Pens Heartfelt Note For Father Irrfan Khan, Says “I Miss Your Laughter”

On April 29 2020, the entertainment industry received the most heartbreaking news. Irrfan Khan, one of the most brilliant actors in Indian cinema passed away due to neuroendocrine cancer. Born on January 7 1967, the late actor will always be remembered for his exceptional work in Indian cinema, Hollywood, and British cinema. On his 56th birth anniversary, his elder son, actor Babil Khan penned a heartfelt note for him and remembered his father by sharing throwback pictures.

On Friday, actor Babil Khan shared a bunch of throwback pictures and penned a heartfelt note on his father, actor Irrfan Khan’s 56th birth anniversary. In the heartfelt note, Babil mentioned that several questions keep him up at night and how he can never ask those questions now. He added that he misses his father’s laughter and there is no answer for that. In the pictures, late actor Irrfan Khan can be seen holding a camera and clicking a picture of his wife and son. The next picture shows baby Babil and the Piku actor sleeping on the floor together. All the pictures are full of love. Sharing the pictures on his social media account, the Qala actor wrote, “Remembering a day when you arrived here.”

For the unversed, Sutapa Sikdar, wife of Irrfan Khan had mentioned that her husband’s death is not a loss for her because she has realised how much she gained from him spiritually and emotionally. She added that it’s time for her to celebrate, reflect and reconsider the way to look at life without her husband’s presence.
Meanwhile, Babil Khan recently made his Bollywood debut in Anvita Dutt’s film Qala alongside Triptii Dimri, Swastika Mukherjee, and Varun Grover.
