In an unfortunate turn of events, famous television actor Arjun Bijlani has met with a car accident while being busy promoting his upcoming web show called Chumbak, which will premiere on Netflix on August 18. Fresh reports suggest that the accident happened during the promotional spree. The actor had gone for an appearance at the Indian Game Show hosted by comedian Bharti Singh and her husband Haarsh Limbachiyaa. Read to know more about what happened here.

A report by Times Now suggested that while returning from the Indian Game Show, Arjun Bijlani’s car got into an accident and that the actor is safe without any injuries. Reportedly, the people accompanying him in the car also got out safely. Further updates are awaited, and we hope that the actor takes rest. Apart from him, Chumbak also features several stars like Neena Gupta, Deven Bhojani, Helly Shah, and Manasi Parekh. It is based on five quirky families living in the Chumbak Colony neighbourhood, where conflicts and jokes are a part of daily life.
On the professional front, Arjun Bijlani last appeared in the Amazon MX Player show called Rise and Fall, and he also ended up winning it. Hosted by Ashneer Grover, it premiered in September 2025. The actor had also been part of Khatro Ke Khiladi in 2021 and was a winner there as well. He had a cameo in Karan Johar’s hit film Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani featuring Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt. With Chumbak, he is making the ultimate comeback in a new family entertainer.
